They were very friendly and helpful, communication was so straightforward, we didn't need to use whatsapp at all. We did have about 20 ish black bags and wood scraps with light materials. They have come with a van and picked up easily under 20 mins. We were so relieved, thanks to James and his colleague 👍👍

I recently used Goodbye Rubbish having found their details online. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady who requested photos to help give me an accurate quote. I was then offered an immediate collection. Two very nice men arrived in the time slot, rang me before as requested and my rubbish was on the truck and gone within 10 mins. I would definitely recommend and use them again without hesitation. Great and efficient service for a sensible price.
